1. Shipping Information

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Austria
  • Germany

Shipping to other EU member states is not currently standard practice, but can be considered on a case-by-case basis upon request.

Shipping costs and delivery times for other EU countries will be arranged individually.

Shipping Costs

  • Austria: €6.90 per order
  • Germany: €9.90 per order
  • Shipping within Austria is free for orders over €50.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.
  • During peak season (e.g., harvest time, pre-Christmas period), delivery times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via email after shipment.

Shipping Providers

  • Austrian Post AG or GLS

Transport Damage

  • Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt.
  • Please report any damage via email to 📧support@achinger-lavendel.at (photo optional).

2. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

Prepayment (Bank Transfer):

After completing your order, you will receive our bank details via email.

Please transfer the total amount within 7 days, quoting your order number.

Shipping will take place after receipt of payment.

PayPal:

You will be redirected to PayPal during the ordering process.

After successful payment, you will be automatically redirected back to our shop.

PayPal's terms of service (www.paypal.com) apply to the use of PayPal.


Payment Terms

  • The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order process.

Retention of Title

  • The goods remain the property of Achinger Lavendel until full payment has been received.

Further Information

  • All prices are final prices. Due to the small business regulation according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown.
  • Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will inform you by email.
