What products do you offer?

Achinger Lavender stands for high-quality organic lavender products, including lavender hydrosol and lavender syrup. Made with great care, they bring a refreshing touch to everyday life and a delicate, floral note to your glass.

Are your products certified organic?

Yes, our lavender is organically grown in Aching, Upper Austria. Our products are certified organic by AT-BIO 302.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All payment processes are encrypted.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over 50 €, free shipping within Austria.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to Austria and Germany. Deliveries to other EU countries are possible upon request. Shipping outside the European Union is not currently offered.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Unopened and originally packaged products can be returned within this period. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or partially used products (e.g., essential oils, hydrosols, or syrups) are excluded from our return policy.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that depending on the payment provider or bank, there may be an additional processing time over which we have no control.

Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift cards or gift wrapping, but we are working on it.

Can I visit the lavender field?

We welcome visitors during the lavender season (from mid-June to early July). Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit.
