Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.

• Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

• You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

• The deadline for return is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

• Please use the original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during transport.

• Return shipping costs: The customer bears the costs of return shipping (§ 15 FAGG). We will cover the return shipping costs for incorrectly delivered or damaged goods.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed or damaged after delivery (e.g., opened or unsealed lavender oils, hydrosols, or syrups).

• Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, especially syrups after opening.

Note regarding the seal:

Our syrups and hydrosols are delivered with a seal.

Our essential oils are equipped with a tamper-evident and child-resistant closure, which is considered a seal within the meaning of Section 18 Paragraph 1 Item 5 of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG).

After opening or damaging this seal, returns are excluded for reasons of health and hygiene.
