Where Lavender Becomes a Passion.

We are Achinger Lavender from Upper Austria.

What began with a passion for the special plant lavender is today a shared project – driven by mindfulness, manual labor, and respect for nature.

Working in Harmony with Nature
Healthy soil, biodiversity, and a harmonious relationship with the environment are essential for us. We are particularly proud of the bees that enliven our fields and demonstrate the success of our cultivation methods.

We avoid chemical interventions as much as possible – instead, we rely on patience, manual labor, and observation.

Our lavender plants grow in tranquil rows – tended by hand and guided by the changing seasons.

Bees are an important part of our lavender field – they represent a healthy, vibrant nature.

When harvest time arrives, work becomes community. Together we cut the lavender and process it with the utmost care. These moments in the field are special to us – they connect people, plants, and the landscape.

After harvesting, our lavender is allowed to dry in peace. Only then is it carefully distilled so that the fragrance, character and quality are preserved.
